Broken Illusion Pictures was founded by actress Charlotte Fenton in 2021.

With the determination to return to her roots; the North East of England.

Charlotte drives Broken Illusion Pictures to advocate for the voices less heard. Focusing on female-led stories, mental health and social issues; the company produces work showcasing the beauty of the north through its locations whilst ensuring that a minimum of 75% of cast and crew are from the North of England in their sole developed projects.
